06-10-26 Babs is a lovely, chilled girl who has come to us from a home through no fault of her own. Her owners made the difficult decision to give her a fresh start, and she is adjusting to the change of environment very well.

Babs can often be found happily chilling on her bed. She loves fuss and attention but is not demanding of it, making her a lovely, easy-going girl to have around.

Babs is good with other dogs, but she can become jealous if another dog comes over for attention, so she would be best suited as the only dog in the home. She is confident enough to be the only dog, as long as her adopters are around to keep her company and give her plenty of attention.

As Babs has come to us from a home, she will already be familiar with the sights and sounds of home life. However, she may still need some help with house training and lead-walking skills. She can already walk on a lead and is quite happy to get out for a stroll, although she does not need long walks.

Babs has arrived with a lump on her right shoulder, which our vets will need to assess further. She also has some sore skin and a crusty nose, but with some love and TLC, we hope she will start to look and feel much better soon. Babs will also need regular cleaning of her face folds to help keep them clean and comfortable. She is currently being treated for an ear infection.

Babs is a lovely, laid-back girl who seems happiest enjoying the simple things in life: a comfy bed, some gentle fuss and the company of her people. We hope she finds a home where she can settle in, enjoy her walks at her own pace and be thoroughly spoiled.
