23-09-26 Maggie is a sweet and happy lady who has come to us from a breeder and is always ready to greet you with a lovely waggy tail! She has recently started receiving visits from our volunteers and has shown us what a kind and gentle girl she is. Maggie loves a fuss and is easy to handle, although she isn't overly confident and will need some time and reassurance as she gets used to new people and her surroundings.

Maggie will need at least one kind and confident resident dog in her new home that she can look to for reassurance as she learns all about home life. Having another dog around will help her to feel more settled and give her the confidence to explore her new surroundings at her own pace.

Maggie has never lived in a home before, so her adopters will need to be kind and patient as she learns all of the basics, including house training and walking on a lead. She can live with older, dog-savvy teenagers aged 13+ who are sensible and understand that she will need some time to settle in and build her confidence.

Maggie is a lovely, gentle lady who we think will make a wonderful addition to a loving home where she can continue to grow in confidence and enjoy all the fuss and attention she deserves!
