  • Human family requirements

I need a calm and quiet home where I can settle in at my own pace.

  • Other pet requirements

I will need a kind resident dog to take me under their wing. I have never met cats.

  • House and garden requirements

I would like a secure garden to spend time in.

  • Out and about requirements

I haven't tried walks yet, a secure garden will be fine for now.

  • Training needs

I have never lived in a home so I will need help to learn house training.

  • Medical issues

I am spayed and ready to find my forever home.

21-09-26 Orca is a sweet and nervous lady who has come to us from a breeder and is looking for someone willing to take a chance on her. She can still be unsure when meeting new people, but she is showing us little glimpses of the lovely girl she can be. Orca will wag her tail when she is approached or being carried, and we think she will really blossom once she has the chance to settle into a loving home and realise she is safe.

Orca is going to need adopters who are kind, patient and willing to give her the time she needs to build her confidence. We can already picture her becoming a lovely little companion who will enjoy relaxing in her new home and eventually curling up on the sofa for a cosy snooze after a day of exploring. She may take some time to get there, but we think it will be so rewarding to watch her confidence grow.

Orca has never lived in a home before, so there will be lots for her to learn. Her adopters will need to gently teach her all about home life, including house training and walking nicely on a lead, while also giving her time to get used to all the new sights, sounds and routines. She will need someone who understands that these things may be completely new to her and who will celebrate her little steps along the way.

Orca will need at least one kind and confident resident dog in her new home that she can look to and lean on as she settles in. Having a friendly dog by her side will help her feel more secure and give her some reassurance as she learns about her new life. She would also love a quiet home where she can take things at her own pace without being overwhelmed.

Orca is an amazing lady who just needs someone to believe in her and give her the time, patience and plenty of fuss she deserves. We are sure that with the right family behind her, this nervous girl will slowly come out of her shell and show just how wonderful she can be.
