Sesame
Sesame is a worried little lady who has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home. She will approach you for a sniff once she feels confident enough, but she is still very shy and timid and may retreat if she feels unsure.
She has recently moved to a wonderful foster home where she is settling in well and is starting to learn all about home life for the first time ever. She is trying so hard to be brave and has been the perfect house guest so far. She will follow her fosterers around to see what they are doing and will sleep quietly on their bed overnight.
Sesame adores the resident dogs in her foster home and loves to cuddle up with them, gaining comfort and reassurance for them. She will need at least one other kind and confident resident dog in her new home to be her friend and take her under their wing.
She will be best suited to a calm and quiet home with adopters who have plenty of time to spend with her and who will help her settle in at her own pace. We would consider homing her with gentle, dog savvy teenagers aged 16+. She had never lived in a home before moving to foster and so home life is still very new for her, though she is already doing well with her toilet training and is clean in the house as long as she is taken out often.
Sesame has recently learned how to walk on a lead and harness and is really enjoying exploring quiet areas.
Sesame is a sweet girl who just needs someone willing to take a chance on her and help her discover how wonderful life can be.
Sesame has been given the Gift of Life by Jill Rae
